PureSonic provide an after sales service that we feel is difficult to beat. Having experienced poor service on a range of supplied machinery in various industries, we understand how frustrating it can be when, “the warranty has just run out” or “that component wasnt covered”. That’s why all PureSonic machines come with a 2 year warranty (unlike standard 3 and 12 month warranties) and are backed up by a friendly service team who are here to ensure the machines do not hold up your production or service.
